Hey guys, this poll will keep running for a little while. It's a simple question - what would be cooler to include to ride in the later levels - a Quad Bike or a Dirt Bike. The Dirt Bike is the current concept idea, and my personal preference as it's a lot more maneuverable that the Quad Bike - we'll be featuring several 'movement modes' just like standard on foot movement (e.g different walk / run / sprint movements for prone / crouch / stand). We're likely to include simply front manual / rear manual movement commands using a mouse wheel button as well as the ability to fire a sidearm whilst still under control. you'll also be able to pull stoppies and windmill The Quad bike is decidedly more sturdy, larger and therefore tougher. It's far simpler to control but really there wouldn't be any nifty tricks to pull. You'd still be able to use a sidearm when in control of the bike too. So it's up to you - Quad Bike or Dirt Bike?

I voted Quad bikes If we do include quad bikes, don't make them so they don't flip over very easily, i managed to flip one over by driving really fast and clipping a corner

Yeah, I've managed to do the same ;D only a little more impressive - running straight into an angular barrier and flipping over backwards. Quite painful. Still, neck and neck

Oh oh... i seemed ot have turned the tables a bit Quad bikes all the way... they are a lot more fun and you can do a lot more with them, you can also use bigger weapons on them when you think about it... allmost like a mini tank ;D

There's no question of which weapons would be useable when mounted on either a Dirt Bike / Quad Bike - either way it would be sidearms and melee weapons only ;D It's rather tricky to use a two handed weapon in one hand, regardless of which weapons you'd be using. Also, riding a bike doesn't improve your survivability, just your mobility. You're just as vulnerable to getting nailed sitting on a bike - possibly slightly more vulnerable as you don't have a gas tank between your legs without them.
